Job summary

Alleima seeks a Head of Business Integrity to lead the global Speak Up and investigation framework, ensuring concerns are handled professionally and with integrity. The role reports to the Head of Compliance and influences across the organization.

You will strengthen our ethics program, identify risks, and drive improvements through collaboration with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and Compliance. The position involves international travel and a broad mandate without direct people management.

Qualifications

• Experience in investigations, compliance, legal, audit or related fields.
• Strong understanding of business ethics and corporate governance.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Speak Up channel and investigation framework.
• Coordinate complex investigations with impartiality and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance and training on business integrity and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and Compliance to address risks.
