Job summary

Alleima AB is seeking a Head of Business Integrity to lead the global Speak Up and investigation framework. You will collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and Compliance across regions and report to the Head of Compliance.

The role combines investigative leadership with governance, risk management and engaging senior stakeholders to strengthen ethics and non-retaliation culture worldwide.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in investigations, compliance or legal fields.
• Familiarity with whistleblowing frameworks and case management is valued.
• Experience in an international environment and working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Speak Up channel and investigation framework.
• Promote reporting channels, non-retaliation principles and speaking up.
• Coordinate investigations, ensuring impartiality and confidentiality.
• Chair the Intake Committee and manage reported concerns.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and Compliance teams.
• Analyze findings to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance and training on business integrity to senior management.
