Job summary

SSC - Swedish Space Corporation in Solna seeks a GSIE Project Manager to lead ground station and antenna infrastructure projects worldwide, delivering results on time and within budget. You will coordinate SSC and contractor teams across locations and time zones, develop schedules, manage risks and resources, and report progress to senior management while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with experience managing technical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate suppliers and stakeholders across countries and time zones.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of ground station and antenna projects worldwide.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and performance.
• Provide reporting to senior management on status, risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Manage contractor procurement and supplier performance.
• Coordinate project logistics including import/export of equipment.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Promote safe, regulatory, environmental, and sustainability practices.
• Support business development including proposals, bids, and evaluations.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, operations, commercial, and partners.
