Job summary

Lyten in Sweden seeks an experienced Category Manager for Equipment suppliers, part of the Supply Chain Team. This role involves developing sourcing strategies for high-value manufacturing equipment and managing supplier performance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in Strategic Sourcing and a background in CAPEX procurement. You'll work cross-functionally to support operational objectives and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement.
• At least 3 years sourcing CAPEX or manufacturing equipment.
• Expert in global sourcing methodologies and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain category strategy for Equipment portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing process including supplier evaluations.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
