Job summary

The role requires a technical background in mechanical fields, several years in dim. inspection, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with travel across nations and regions. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• A technical background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or metalworking; plus QA and measurement experience.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in dimensional inspection.
• Proven experience in quality assurance processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally, internationally and intercontinental.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual dimensional inspections at supplier sites per specifications and review documentation.
• Document discrepancies clearly and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare, execute, and follow up on dimensional inspections for raw and finished components.
• Lead supplier qualification and development initiatives to improve supplier quality.
• Implement preventive measures at suppliers to mitigate quality issues.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to drive quality improvements.
• Review internal technical drawings for compliance and accuracy.
