Job summary

Stift The Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a Digital Communications Officer (parental leave cover) to manage global social media, edit and publish content, and lead the monthly newsletter. The role sits in the Communications and Impact Division and requires strong English content skills and experience with WordPress, Buffer, Mailchimp and Asana.

Qualifications

Minimum three years in digital communications including social media, editing and web publishing.
Proven ability to create, edit and publish quality digital content in English.
Experience with WordPress, Buffer, Mailchimp and Asana.
Strong analytics, monitoring and reporting skills for digital channels.
Fluent in written and spoken English; able to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

Manage SEI's global social media accounts, create/edit content, and coordinate posts.
Develop and send SEI’s monthly newsletter.
Support website publishing and ensure content is accessible and well-structured.
Coordinate digital content workflows with the global communications team.
Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance; provide improvement recommendations.
Ensure adherence to SEI's visual identity and editorial standards.
