Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 F&O lead to manage a global D365FO template spanning Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. You will ensure compliance with local requirements and drive rollout plans across regions.

You will oversee solution architecture, integrations, data migration, and governance, while leading fit-gap workshops and go-live support with country teams and Microsoft partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading global Dynamics 365 F&O rollouts.
• Expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Retail modules, and localizations.
• Strong skills in solution architecture, integrations, and global stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global D365FO template covering Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee solution architecture including integrations, extensions, and data migration.
• Lead fit-gap workshops, create rollout plans, and support go-lives.
• Establish governance processes and manage deviations from the global core.
• Collaborate with business leaders, country teams, and Microsoft partners.
