Karo Healthcare in Stockholm seeks a Senior Manager Commercial Excellence ITB to shape commercial performance across international markets from day one. You will partner with senior leadership, Sales, Marketing and Finance to turn strategy into execution, bringing structure, pace and best practice to a fast-growing business.

Youll own initiatives, drive KPIs and governance, and lead cross-functional projects across brands and distributors to accelerate decision-making and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Excellence and multi-market models.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn analysis into action.
• Financial acumen including P&L, pricing and profitability.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Commercial Excellence agenda across international markets and distributors.
• Partner with MD ITB and cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
• Create structured workstreams with milestones and ownership.
• Lead cross-functional projects from analysis to implementation.
• Strengthen performance management through KPIs and dashboards.
• Support Revenue Growth Management initiatives including pricing and assortment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Regulatory teams.
