Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing, economics, analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years in insights, analytics, research, category support, or related roles, with exposure to B2B environments and multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Enable the adoption of global insights methodologies, frameworks, and standards, ensuring consistent and business‑relevant application across markets.
• Translate B2B category priorities into structured insight needs aligned with approved KPI frameworks and reporting principles.
• Guide stakeholders in interpreting research, performance data, and analytics—ensuring insights are clearly understood and effectively used in decision‑making.
• Apply and reinforce a common language for insights through shared templates, KPI definitions, taxonomies, and interpretation standards.
• Orchestrate insight activities across categories and markets, ensuring alignment, clarity of roles, and consistent delivery through partners and local teams.
• Act as a guardian of global standards, ensuring alignment rather than direct execution.
• Capture feedback from categories and markets to help refine methodologies, reporting logic, and ways of working.
