Job summary

Anyfin is seeking a Commercial Director for Germany to own growth and the full commercial engine in the market. Based in Stockholm, you will drive CAC, CLTV, pricing, funnel optimization and strategic bets.

You’ll coordinate with product, credit, finance and marketing, leading a team in-market to scale Germany into one of Europe’s largest consumer credit markets. You’ll set multi-year plans, test new products, and push for results that materially improve profitability and growth, while aligning

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (working language)
• 3+ years in commercial, growth, strategy or P&L roles, ideally in fintech or consumer business
• Track record of outperforming targets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build models
• Experience leading people or readiness to lead

Responsibilities

• Own Germany end-to-end: CAC, CLTV, pricing, funnel conversion and long-term strategy
• Drive growth and commercial performance; decide where to allocate the next euro
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Credit, Finance and Marketing; lead direct reports in the market
• Shape product offering and test which products/features to take to market
