Job summary

The KTH Royal Institute of Technology invites applications for a postdoctoral position in genomics to study links between gene regulatory variants, chromatin organization and transcription. The project combines hands-on experiments, technology development and computational analyses.

You will work at the interface of the National Genomics Infrastructure and research groups led by Professor Tuuli Lappalainen and Associate Professor Robert Månsson, contributing to high-impact functional genomics

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree must be completed by time of employment decision.
• Research experience in genomics, molecular or cell biology, or an equivalent field.
• Experience with genomics laboratory techniques.
• Ability to analyze large-scale genomics data.
• Strong publication record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on genomics experiments and technology development.
• Conduct computational biology analyses and data interpretation.
• Collaborate with the Lappalainen and Månsson groups to integrate experimental and computational work.
• Contribute to manuscript preparation and dissemination of results.
• Present findings at internal and external meetings.
