Job summary

Redeploy is seeking a GenAI Developer to own the AI application layer end-to-end, turning business problems into production-ready AI solutions. You’ll work with Data Engineers and Platform Engineers to shape requirements and ship interfaces used by end users.

You will collaborate across client engagements, focusing on RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, and Azure OpenAI integration, delivering production-grade, observable, secure AI systems.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements engineering and stakeholder management to drive use-cases from problem to delivery
• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, version control
• Production experience with RAG architectures: chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, evaluation
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Experience with Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI in production environments
• Ability to build lightweight front-end interfaces for AI applications to prototype and internal tools use

Responsibilities

• Own the AI application layer end-to-end: ingest, retrieve, reason, and respond with lightweight interfaces
• Shape client requirements with stakeholders and ship production-grade solutions
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Platform Engineers to manage distinct stack layers
• Ensure delivered systems are production-grade, observable, secure, and used
