Job summary

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Delivery Lead – GenAI Business Solutions to drive the business-facing GenAI portfolio, enabling teams across the organization to adopt and scale AI-powered tooling and processes.

You will partner with Learning & Development, Procurement and Finance to optimize licensing and upskilling, while engaging with Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and Synthesia to shape the GENAI roadmap. Based in Sweden, you’ll lead workshops and translate business needs into practical actions.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills across business and tech.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to communicate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business-facing GenAI portfolio, identify opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration.
• Drive adoption and enablement through workshops, training and communications.
• Build strategic relationships with GenAI vendors (Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Synthesia) and manage licensing discussions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on licensing, renewals and optimization.
• Align business demand with licensing strategy, service design and the future platform roadmap.
