Job summary

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Delivery Lead – GenAI Platforms & Governance to own the portfolio of third-party GenAI platforms. You will manage onboarding, configuration, optimization, and retirement, ensuring scalable offerings and cost efficiency across the enterprise.

At Husqvarna Group, we are looking for a Delivery Lead – GenAI Platforms & Governance who wants to help shape how Generative AI is enabled and scaled across our global organization. You will play a key role in building the secure, scalable and cost-efficient foundation behind our growing GenAI ecosystem, including the platforms and AI-powered developer capabilities that are changing how our software teams work.

About The Team

You will join Enterprise AI & Automation, part of GIS – Digital Business Transformation, where we work to enable and scale the use of AI and automation across Husqvarna Group.

Our work spans both internally developed AI solutions and third-party Generative AI technologies. Our GenAI ecosystem includes solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Claude Code and Synthesia.

As the use of Generative AI grows across Husqvarna Group, our focus is on ensuring that these technologies are adopted responsibly, managed effectively and create real business value across the organization.

You will work closely with the other GenAI Delivery Lead, as well as stakeholders across business, technology, security and transformation.

About The Role

As Delivery Lead – GenAI Platforms & Governance, you will take technical and operational ownership of Husqvarna Group’s portfolio of third-party Generative AI platforms.

You will manage the lifecycle of our GenAI services, from onboarding and configuration to optimization and retirement, and help establish scalable service offerings and operational processes.

A key part of the role is connecting GenAI platforms with the wider enterprise IT landscape. You will work with areas such as IAM, SSO, ServiceNow and Enterprise Architecture to establish secure and efficient processes for access, provisioning, integrations and license management.

Software development and AI-powered developer tooling will also be an important part of your scope. You will work closely with development teams to understand their technical requirements and help drive the enablement of tools and capabilities such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and emerging AI development solutions. This may include areas such as model configuration, integrations, deployment approaches and feature enablement.

Together with Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy and Compliance, you will help establish the guardrails and technical controls needed for responsible GenAI use. This includes areas such as connectors, data access, model permissions and usage policies.

You will monitor usage, token consumption and license utilization to identify opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency. You will also work with technology vendors, follow emerging capabilities and provide technical input into licensing strategy, platform investments and future roadmap decisions.

About You

You are a technically curious and pragmatic leader who enjoys working where technology, governance and business needs meet.

You understand enterprise IT environments and bring a solid technical foundation, ideally with hands‑on experience from software development or closely related technical roles. You don't need to be a hands‑on developer today, but you need to understand how developers work, speak their language and be comfortable driving technical discussions around AI‑powered development tools, platforms and emerging capabilities.

You have a strong interest in Generative AI and enjoy keeping up with a technology landscape that is developing at exceptional speed. You know how to create structure, influence without formal authority and turn emerging technology into reliable enterprise services.

Your Skills And Background

• 8+ years of professional experience within IT, preferably including enterprise platforms, technical service ownership, platform management or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of the Generative AI ecosystem and hands‑on familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar enterprise GenAI solutions.
• A solid technical background with hands‑on experience from software development, engineering or closely related technical environments.
• Strong understanding of software development environments, developer workflows and AI‑powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar technologies.
• Experience owning or managing enterprise technology platforms or IT services.
• Good understanding of IT governance, security and access management in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with IAM, SSO, provisioning, integrations and related enterprise IT processes.
• Experience with ITSM and service management workflows; ServiceNow experience is highly valuable.
• Understanding of usage and cost optimization, including license management, FinOps principles and token consumption.
• Experience collaborating across functions such as Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Legal, Compliance and Procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive progress across teams without formal authority.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience administering or governing enterprise GenAI platforms is highly valued, but strong platform and service management experience from adjacent technology areas combined with solid GenAI knowledge is also relevant.

Location

This position will be based at one of our sites in Sweden: Huskvarna, Stockholm, or Jonsered.
