Job summary

EQT Group in Stockholm seeks an experienced FX/IR Dealer to own day-to-day FX and interest rate trading, while driving governance and process improvements. You will work at the intersection of hands-on dealing and strategic development, collaborating across finance, treasury, and investment functions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of FX and interest rate trading experience.
• Demonstrated ability to execute FX spot trades and manage governance.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders across finance and treasury.

Responsibilities

• Execute the bulk of FX spot transactions independently and escalate complex trades.
• Lead governance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across FX/IR.
• Maintain trade logging and ensure audit readiness.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and coordinate cross-functionally.
