Worldfavor is looking for a Fullstack Engineer to help shape their global SaaS platform aimed at sustainability. The role involves designing, building, and scaling product features used by thousands of companies around the world. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience and strong skills in both frontend and backend technologies. Qualifications

The role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving our platform - across the entire stack.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just want to ship features, but wants to influence what we build and how we build it.

You will:

• Design, build, and scale product features used by thousands of companies worldwide
• Work across the stack (React + .NET/C#), contributing to both frontend and backend architecture, and shaping scalable systems on Azure
• Explore and apply AI and new technologies to rethink how we build and improve our product
• Prototype and validate new ideas, from internal tools to user-facing features
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer teams to turn real-world problems into elegant solutions
• Continuously improve how we work - code quality, deployment, testing, and team practices
• Take ownership of problems end-to-end, from idea to production

Who you are

You’re a builder at heart - someone who enjoys taking initiative, figuring things out, and making things better than you found them.

You likely have:

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade applications across the stack
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or similar) and backend technologies like C#, Java, or Kotlin
• Familiarity with relational databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for scalable, maintainable systems
• The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)
