Job summary

Bruce Studios in Stockholm is seeking a Fullstack Developer to join our Tech team and help shape products used by thousands every day. You will build backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces across B2C and B2B platforms, collaborating with Product, Design, and Commercial teams to translate needs into features.

You’ll own the quality, reliability, and maintainability of what you build, while contributing to product and architectural decisions and continuously improving our development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fullstack development.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication.
• Interest in usability and great user experiences.
• Ownership mindset and responsibility.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proficiency with Go, Python, and frontend frameworks (Svelte/React).
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain features across B2C and B2B platforms (backend, APIs, frontend, databases).
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Commercial teams to translate needs into shippable features.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability; balance speed and long-term scalability.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and drive ideas to implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance user experience.
• Contribute to technical discussions and product/architectural decisions.
• Continuously improve development practices and tools.
