Job summary

I-Ray IT Solutions AB is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join an agile delivery team in Luleå, Sweden. The role covers backend and frontend development for an enterprise application, with a focus on Java EE, Angular, and JMS-based messaging solutions.

The consultant will collaborate with developers, business stakeholders and other specialists to design, test and deliver robust software. On-site presence is required at least one day per week, with partial remote work available.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience with Java EE.
• At least 1 year of experience using the JMS API with ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or RabbitMQ.
• At least 4 years of frontend development experience with Angular (Angular 20+).
• Good spoken and written Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java EE.
• Perform backend and frontend development.
• Develop frontend solutions using Angular.
• Design and implement messaging-based solutions using JMS/MQ.
• Work with message queues and asynchronous communication.
• Participate in an agile development team.
