Axogroup is hiring a developer for their Power & Protect business unit in Helsingborg. You will be part of a fast-moving tech team, shaping the product with a focus on impact and user experience.
The role offers the opportunity to work with modern JavaScript technologies including Node.js and Vue.js, alongside AWS infrastructure. The team values creativity and collaboration while ensuring a flexible work environment.
Join Axogroup to make a real difference for users in the digital finance space, and enjoy a vibrant workplace with great amenities.
We're hiring a developer for our Power & Protect business unit, home to Elskling and Insplanet. Here, you won't just write code — you'll ship features that help thousands of users make smarter decisions about their energy and insurance every single day.
We believe in removing friction from development. That means modern tooling like Claude Code for AI‑assisted development, automated workflows that handle the boring stuff, and a culture where shipping beats meetings. Your ideas go from concept to production fast — and you'll see the impact in real time.
If you want to own outcomes, not just tasks, this is your team.
You’ll join an experienced tech team that moves fast and ships often. Small team, real influence: your decisions shape the product, and you'll see results in days, not months.
You’ll work cross‑functionally with Product, UX, marketing, and business development — close enough to understand why you're building, not just what. You'll also collaborate across Axo's broader distributed tech organization as we scale.
We're agile and data‑driven: continuous integration, TDD, and pair programming are how we work, not buzzwords on a slide. Full‑stack experience is a plus, but what matters most is that you're curious and ready to grow. AI is our multiplier, not our autopilot — we're actively integrating it into how we build, with humans driving every decision.
Modern JavaScript at the core: Node, Vue.js, and TypeScript in a component‑driven architecture. Everything runs on AWS, and the team owns the full lifecycle: you build it, you ship it, you monitor it. No handoffs, no waiting.
You are a quality‑driven, creative, and solution‑oriented developer who thrives in a team where collaboration is key. You have experience with multiple programming languages, cloud environments, and deployment workflows, preferably using AWS. You bring at least three years of relevant software development experience.
You’re comfortable working in an agile setup with stand‑ups, sprints, tickets, continuous releases and retrospectives. You communicate well in both Swedish and English. You have a relevant educational background, and a strong interest in software and web development. You enjoy improving, maintaining, and evolving existing products, and you’re happy to share new ideas, perspectives, and energy with the team.
We combine high pace with a flexible and caring work environment. We value making a real difference for our customers, while having fun together along the way.

We're builders: outcome‑driven, fast‑moving, and close to the business. You'll have real autonomy to explore new technologies and shape how we work.
