Job summary

Keystone Education Group is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a collaborative squad. You will work with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and modern testing frameworks, while evaluating new technologies to improve scalability and product quality.

You’ll participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and coaching within an autonomous, fast-growing team spanning Stockholm and international colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with React/Next.js.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Comfortable with AI coding tools and critical review.
• Ability to collaborate in autonomous, dynamic teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of products within a scalable stack.
• Review code through internal processes and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Share knowledge and coach colleagues to raise overall code quality.

About The Role

As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll join one of our development squads and help drive the evolution of our products. You'll work in a team that values collaboration, ownership, and mutual growth: supporting colleagues through code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and coaching, while evaluating new technologies to keep us efficient and scalable. Above all, you'll write code that raises the bar for what "good" looks like in our team.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js
• Comfort with REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern test frameworks
• Comfortable with AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, or similar) and the judgment to review their output critically rather than accept it at face value
• A positive, can-do attitude: someone who defaults to "yes, and here's how" rather than "no, because"
• A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of autonomous, dynamic teams
• Willingness to share knowledge and dive into unfamiliar technical or functional territory
• Genuine passion for building great products
• Nice to have: .NET Framework/.NET Core knowledge, Entity Framework and AWS cloud and serverless experience
