Job summary

SAS Digital & IT in Frösundavik (Solna), Sweden, seeks a Lead Developer to steer end-to-end frontend development within the EuroBonus Commercial Development & Partnerships team. You will guide architectural decisions, mentor offshore/onshore teams, and champion modular, secure code.

The role demands strong Node.js/TypeScript, React, REST/GraphQL, Spring Boot, CI/CD, and cloud skills, plus experience with AI workflows and micro-frontends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development and operations experience.
• 2–5 years in software development within airline loyalty programs or similar domains.
• Good knowledge of the airline industry and airline technology.
• Experience as a senior development lead or mentoring role.
• Strong coding skills and modern development tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend development with focus on frontend technologies.
• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of robust, scalable apps.
• Define and maintain a long-term vision and roadmap for applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to align strategy with business goals.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and AI workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong cybersecurity practices.
