Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience as Tech Lead or senior engineering role.
- Strong background in system design and scalable software solutions.
- Experience documenting architectural decisions.
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure development practices.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability to lead through technical expertise rather than authority.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
