Job summary

MyDermaDream, a fast-growing skincare brand, is seeking a Front End Developer – Funnels & Tracking to build and optimize landing pages, presells and funnels, and own the technical setup behind them: tracking, pixels, postbacks, attribution, split tests and pre-launch QA. You will wire up tracking, verify events, and ensure campaigns launch quickly with accurate data.

Collaborate with Marketing, CRO, Affiliate and Tech teams to keep bottlenecks away.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end development experience.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Next.js experience.
• Experience building responsive pages from designs or Figma.
• Shopify theme customization and reusable components.
• GTM, GA, Meta Pixel and custom conversion events knowledge.
• Server-side tracking, postbacks and affiliate tracking experience.
• A/B testing setup and QA for tracking and attribution.
• Troubleshooting pixel, postback and tracking issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain landing pages, presells, sales pages, offers and funnels.

• Set up and QA split tests across funnels and offers.

We are My Derma Dream! A nearly 9-figure Skin Care brand in the United States since 2022.

Because of our reputation and the incredible work of our team, we run a large volume of direct-response campaigns across paid media and affiliate traffic. Campaigns launch quickly, offers change often, and our Marketing, CRO and Affiliate teams depend on fast technical turnaround.

BUT…

Every new page, offer, split test and tracking change needs a developer to build it, wire it up and prove it works before it goes live. When that work is slow, or when a pixel or postback breaks unnoticed, campaigns wait, tests give false answers and attribution goes wrong.

We are looking for a Front End Developer – Funnels & Tracking who will build and maintain our landing pages, presells, sales pages, offers and funnels, and own the technical setup behind them: tracking, pixels, postbacks, attribution, split tests and pre‑launch QA.

In order to achieve this, you will take a request, understand what needs to happen, build it, test it thoroughly and get it live quickly, so development never becomes the bottleneck for marketing.

• Launch and update landing pages, funnels, offers and affiliate campaigns quickly and accurately

• Tracking, pixels, postbacks, UTMs, click IDs and conversion events working correctly on every funnel you touch

• Split tests live with accurate traffic distribution and conversion attribution across every variant

• Development never the bottleneck for Marketing, CRO and Affiliate launches

• Frontend, tracking and attribution issues found and fixed fast

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain landing pages, presells, sales pages, offers and funnels

• Build responsive pages from Figma, reference pages or existing templates

• Duplicate and adapt existing funnels for new products, affiliates and campaigns

• Make ongoing updates to live funnels: copy, pricing, creatives, scripts, redirects and offers

• Work with Shopify themes using Liquid, sections, blocks and schema

• Set up and manage tracking across funnels using pixels, postbacks, UTMs, click IDs and custom events

• Set up and QA split tests across pages, offers, pricing, layouts and funnel steps, and verify traffic splits, conversion tracking and attribution for every variant

• QA every build across desktop, mobile, browsers and in‑app browsers before launch

• Troubleshoot frontend, tracking, attribution and funnel issues quickly

• Work closely with the Marketing, CRO, Affiliate and Tech teams on launches and updates

• Keep turnaround fast without sacrificing accuracy

Requirements:

You don't need to be a senior software architect. But you do need to be fast, technically strong, dependable and extremely detail-oriented.

Must have

• 3+ years of front‑end development experience

• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Next.js

• Strong experience building responsive pages from Figma or reference designs

• Shopify theme customisation and reusable components

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and custom conversion events

• Server‑side tracking, postbacks, UTMs, click IDs and affiliate tracking

• RedTrack, Voluum, Everflow or a similar tracking platform

• Setting up and managing A/B and split tests, with a strong understanding of conversion attribution and tracking QA

• A track record of troubleshooting pixel, postback and tracking issues

Preferred

• Shopify and CheckoutChamp experience

• Direct‑response, affiliate or performance‑marketing experience

Working conditions

• Work 6 days/week

• Work 10 hours/day

• Work EST 8 AM – 6 PM

• Read 2 books/month

• Fluent English (C1)

• Well‑versed in Slack, Zoom, Sheets, Google Forms and G‑Suite

• Computer with 16GB+ RAM
