Job summary

Signs On Demand is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support colleague to strengthen the French market. You will be the main contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring fast, helpful, and professional support from first inquiries through ordering, delivery and after-sales service.

You will collaborate with our French market team and colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Production and Logistics in Sweden and Germany to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French speaker.
• Excellent written and spoken French.
• Organised with the ability to manage several customer cases at once.
• Friendly, professional and service-minded.
• Comfortable working independently but also part of a team.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• Experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by email and phone in French.
• Help customers with product questions, orders and general support.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and shipping issues.
• Handle complaints and find practical solutions to customer problems.
• Help customers understand products and online ordering process.
• Support customers with quotations, registrations and orders when needed.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
• Keep customer information and cases updated in our systems.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to the team.
• Help build strong, long-term relationships with French customers.
