Job summary

Signs On Demand is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support colleague to strengthen our French market. Based in Gothenburg, you will be the main contact for French customers, handling inquiries by email and phone, assisting with orders and after-sales support.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production and Logistics across Europe, learn our products and systems, and help build long-term relationships with customers in France.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French speaker with strong written and spoken skills.
• Comfort communicating with customers by email and phone.
• Organised and able to manage multiple cases concurrently.
• Reliable, proactive and service-minded with a team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by email and phone in French.
• Assist customers with product questions, orders and general support.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and shipping issues.
• Handle complaints and find practical solutions for customers.
• Explain our products and the online ordering process.
• Support quotations, registrations and orders when needed.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and sales to resolve issues.
• Keep customer records and cases updated in our systems.
• Collect feedback and relay recurring issues to the team.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with French customers.
• Support the French market team with other customer-related activities.
