Job summary

Juni Technology AB in Stockholm is seeking a finance superstar to join our Finance team as Head of FP&A. You’ll shape the company’s strategy, monitor performance, and lead reporting to the board and investors while partnering with our CXOs and department heads.

This role blends budgeting, financial modelling and forecasting with deep financial analysis, ad-hoc projects, and team leadership in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum five years experience in financial analysis at a bank.
• Experience from managing a team.
• Solid understanding of finance concepts (P&L, revenue recognition, KPIs) and how they connect to business performance as well as financial reporting.
• You are detail oriented, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• A problem solving, hands on and common sense approach, not afraid to talk to multiple stakeholders and challenge their responses.
• Strong written and spoken English and Swedish skills.
• Strong foundation in data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, financial modelling and forecasting.
• Financial and operational analysis as well as preparing the reports to management, board and investors.
• Conduct in-depth commercial analyses to drive informed decision-making.
• Undertake select ad-hoc projects to address evolving business needs.
