Nordic Air Defence in Stockholm is looking for a Full-time Flight Test Engineer to plan and execute flight tests for UAS platforms. You'll develop test plans, conduct tests, and analyze data while ensuring the reliability of systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering and systems knowledge. Qualifications
Proven understanding of UAS sub‑systems and aerospace engineering principles.
Ability to plan, execute, and close out complex technical programs.
Demonstrated use of good judgment in aircraft operation.
Comfortable working across engineering disciplines.
Self-driven and proactive in problem identification and resolution.
Responsibilities
Develop flight test plans, checklists, and test cards for UAS.
Conduct flight tests and operate Ground Control Stations to collect data.
Build robust testing infrastructure for flights and demonstrations.
Develop inspection processes for pre‑flight and post‑flight checks.
Build tools to analyze flight data for insights.
