Voi Technology is seeking a Fleet Specialist in Gothenburg to maintain and repair scooters and to support the on-site team.

You will work in mechanical maintenance or in-field operations across Gothenburg, ensuring efficient logistics, quick repairs, and smooth daily tasks.

The role requires a valid Swedish driving license, fluent English, hands-on tool experience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Valid Swedish driving license required.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Practical experience with tools or mechanical work.
• Comfort with digital tools and apps.
• Local knowledge of Gothenburg and driving in the city.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair scooters on-site.
• Support ground team and ensure scooters are in top shape.
• Perform on-field tasks in Gothenburg using vans.
• Sort damaged scooters and assist with battery replacements.
• Assist with accepting and delivering new vehicles and batteries.
• Help identify damaged vehicles and keep parking spaces clear.
