Job summary

H&M is seeking an experienced Fit & Size Manager to lead the Technical Fit Designers within Kidswear at our Stockholm head office. You will steer the Fit & Size agenda, collaborate across teams and suppliers, and deliver products with optimal fit, commercial appeal, and operational efficiency.

You will inspire a team, translate strategy into action, and drive improvements based on customer insights, sales data, and market trends, strengthening our impact on customer value and business

Qualifications

• Proven track record in successfully leading a team.
• Ability to set strategic direction and translate it into execution.
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end product flow and business context.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions.
• Strong understanding of technical product development.
• At least 5+ years’ experience in fit, size and pattern development.

As a Fit & Size Manager, you lead and inspire a team of experienced Technical Fit Designers, driving the Fit & Size agenda across Kidswear in line with the business direction and customer needs. In close collaboration with cross-functional partners and suppliers, you enable the delivery of products that combine great fit, commercial success, and operational efficiency. Through your leadership, you continuously develop and elevate the Fit & Size function, strengthening its impact on both customer experience and business performance.

The Fit & Size Manager is a permanent full time leadership role with staff responsibility reporting to the Change Manager at Kidswear. The role is based in our Head Office in Stockholm.
