Job description

At Resurs, we’re strengthening how we prevent financial crime and protect both our customers and our business. To support this important mission, we are now looking for new FCP Investigators to join our Financial Crime Prevention team.

Get an idea of the role

As an FCP Investigator, you will play a key role in detecting and preventing financial crime across the bank. You will conduct investigations and assessments related to potential money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions breaches. The role includes performing customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence, ensuring that customer risk classifications and information are accurate and up to date, handling alerts from transaction monitoring and screening systems and in relevant cases, file Suspicious Activity Reports.

You will gather and analyze data, identify patterns or anomalies, and support decision‑making through well‑documented investigations. Collaboration is a central part of the role, and you will work closely with colleagues in Compliance, Fraud, Customer Care, Legal and other parts of the organization to ensure effective management of financial crime risks.

  • Education within law, finance, criminology or a related field is considered meritorious
  • Experience and/or strong interest in AML, compliance, or financial services
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Good communication and documentation abilities
  • Integrity and a high sense of responsibility when handling sensitive information
  • Fluency in English is a requirement and proficiency in Swedishan advantage
