Job summary

DOVISTA Sverige, comprising Svenska Fönster and sister brands, seeks a Finance Manager Sweden & Norway based in Edsbyn. You will lead a team of eight finance professionals responsible for accounting, reporting, compliance, governance, and financial control across Sweden and Norway.

The role partners with Group Finance and Nordic colleagues, drives budgeting, forecasting, audits, and ERP initiatives, and supports capacity and overhead cost analysis, with limited travel.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for managing and developing employees.
• Solid experience in financial reporting, statutory accounting, compliance, tax, and audit coordination.
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight finance professionals.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and statutory reporting for DOVISTA Sverige AB and Natre Vinduer AS.
• Drive high standards of financial governance, compliance, and internal control.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate annual audits and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Lead tax compliance activities in collaboration with external advisors.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes for capacity costs, overhead costs, and balance sheet items.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Support the continued development of finance systems and processes, including participation in future ERP initiatives.
