Job summary

Antrino Labs, a fast-scaling AI company, is seeking a Finance Lead to build a strong financial foundation and work on commercial strategy. This role combines payroll, bookkeeping, tax, and reporting with pricing and cost structure decisions alongside the founders.

You will model company economics across deployments and explore grants, EU programmes, and strategic funding opportunities while helping the business scale efficiently.

• Bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing in Fortnox.
• Payroll, benefits, reimbursements, VAT, and tax with auditors/banks.
• Invoicing, supplier payments, accounts payable/receivable, corporate cards (Mynt).
• Filings with Bolagsverket and Skatteverket, board materials and shareholder docs.
• Budgets, forecasts, cash flow/runway models, leadership/investor reporting.
• Unit economics across cloud/AI/hardware deployment and margins.
• Grants/non-dilutive funding from Swedish/European programmes.
• Automating repetitive finance tasks with AI and modern software.

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Finance Lead to join a fast-scaling AI company backed by NVIDIA, Microsoft, and AWS, and to grow with it.

Employment: Probationary 6 months

Start: Jan 2027

Antrino Labs is building the platform that makes every square meter intelligent.

The physical world runs on processes nobody can actually see. Goods move, machines idle, space goes unused, and decisions about all of it are based on samples, guesses, and reports written after the fact. Antrino lets any organization deploy vision intelligence into a physical space and get back what is actually happening there, as structured, real-time information it can act on.

We have grown from 6 people to a team of 28 in less than a year, closed our Seed round, announced together with Dagens Industri, and are registered with Inspektionen för strategiska produkter (ISP). Everything we build follows Privacy by Design.

The role

This is not a traditional accounting position. Half the job is making the financial foundation work exceptionally well: payroll, bookkeeping, tax, payments, reporting, and administration, together with our founders and external advisers. The other half is commercial: working with the founders on pricing, business models, cost structures, and where the company puts its money.

One day you might be running payroll and closing the month. The next, you could be modeling the economics of deploying our platform across hundreds of customer sites, finding a European innovation grant, or helping the CEO evaluate a new commercial opportunity.

What you will work on

• Bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly and annual closing in Fortnox
• Payroll, benefits, reimbursements, VAT, and tax, together with our auditors and banks
• Invoicing, supplier payments, accounts payable and receivable, and corporate cards (Mynt)
• Filings with Bolagsverket and Skatteverket, board materials, minutes, and shareholder documentation
• Budgets, forecasts, cash flow and runway models, and reporting for leadership, the board, and investors
• Unit economics across cloud, AI inference, hardware, and deployment, and the margins they produce
• Grants and non-dilutive funding from Swedish and European programmes
• Replacing repetitive finance work with AI and modern software, so the function scales without its overhead growing at the same rate

Who we are looking for

You are early in your career, with a strong financial foundation and an appetite for far more responsibility than you have today. You might be at a Big Four or mid-sized audit firm, an accounting agency, or in finance operations at a growing company.

• Around 2–4 years in accounting, auditing, or financial operations
• Solid command of Swedish bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance, and hands-on experience with Fortnox or similar
• Strong analytical skills and a real interest in modeling and commercial analysis
• Excellent Swedish and English, written and spoken

You take responsibility for the outcome, not just the task. You know payroll and tax have to be right every time while almost everything else moves fast, and you can hold both. You do not wait to be asked before fixing a process or chasing an opportunity.

It is a plus if you have worked with startups or venture-backed companies, understand SaaS metrics and unit economics, or have applied for funding through Vinnova, Almi, or EU programmes. You do not need all of this. We care more about judgment and how fast you learn than about years on your CV.
