Job summary

McDonald’s / Food Folk is seeking an experienced Finance IT leader to own the end-to-end Finance IT portfolio, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. You’ll align finance and IT priorities, work with senior stakeholders, and shape the platform’s future while driving continuous improvement and digitalisation across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Service Owner, Application Owner, Product Owner, or similar Finance IT role.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and understanding of core finance processes.
• Good understanding of ITSM, ITIL governance, vendor management, and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance IT portfolio – manage full lifecycle of finance services and evolve them.
• Drive business-IT alignment between Finance, IT, senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead governance and service management practices to ensure compliance and maturity.
• Manage partners, budget follow-up and cost control across the Finance IT portfolio.
• Lead change and digitalisation initiatives to deliver tangible value for the finance organisation.
• Provide finance application expertise as a trusted advisor combining business and IT priorities.
