Job summary

McDonald’s / Food Folk is seeking an experienced Finance IT leader to take end-to-end ownership of a finance portfolio built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. You will bridge business and IT, drive strategic development, and ensure services deliver value today while evolving for tomorrow.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, with flexibility for Malmö or Copenhagen, you will work with PMO, vendors, and senior stakeholders to prioritise, govern, and digitalise finance IT services and to translate

Qualifications

Extensive experience as Service Owner, Application Owner, or Product Owner for business-critical finance apps.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and core finance processes.
Experience with ITSM, ITIL, governance, and vendor management.
Proven ability to translate business needs into IT solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the Finance IT portfolio lifecycle from implementation to operations and ongoing improvement.
Align Finance and IT with senior stakeholders and external partners.
Lead governance and service management with proper documentation and processes.
Manage vendors, budget follow-up, and cost control across the portfolio.
Drive digitalisation and automation to create value.
Provide finance application expertise and act as trusted advisor.
