Job summary

Voi Technology in Stockholm is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to help keep our scooters and e-bikes in top shape and ensure smooth city operations.

You will rotate between mechanical and in-field duties, driving a van around Stockholm, deploying vehicles, performing on-site repairs, and supporting the team with vehicle repositioning and issue flagging. A Swedish/EU B-license, strong English, and comfort with digital tools are required.

Qualifications

• Good English, spoken and written.
• Valid Swedish or EU driving licence (category B).
• Comfortable driving around Stockholm in varying conditions.
• Familiar with digital tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across Stockholm.
• Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles.
• Swap batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride.
• Carry out on-site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair.
• Receive, inspect and prepare new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse.
• Support teammates in the field with repositioning vehicles and flagging issues.

Job description

As a Field Operations Specialist in Stockholm, you'll keep our electric scooters and e-bikes in great shape and help our city operations run smoothly. You'll rotate between two areas depending on daily priorities:

In our mechanical team, you'll maintain and repair our vehicles - learning the technical side of micromobility and keeping our fleet ride-ready.

In our in-field team, you'll use one of our vans to carry out operations across Stockholm - deploying vehicles, responding to issues and making sure our riders always have a safe, reliable ride. Your Team Lead will guide where you're needed most each day. No two shifts are exactly the same.

What you'll do

• Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city
• Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles
• Swap batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride
• Carry out on-site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues
• Dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair

THE PRACTICALITIES

• Location: Stockholm
• Working hours: Part time (60%), with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts
• Contract type: Seasonal (2 months, with potential to extend based on performance and business needs)
