Zusammenfassung

SEB is seeking a Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies (FICC) Strategist for its Strategy & Economic Research team in Stockholm. You will develop models, conduct macro and market research, and contribute to trading ideas and reports.

You will combine fundamental and data-driven approaches, leveraging AI concepts to enhance research outputs and trading recommendations. Collaboration with Sales and Trading is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a strategist, quant, trader, or related role in finance.
• Strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity and interest in financial markets.
• University degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics and/or finance/economics or related discipline.
• Strong quantitative skills with statistical methods applied to economic data and time series.
• Practical programming experience, preferably in Python, for data analysis and tooling.
• Understanding of macroeconomics and asset pricing, especially currencies and interest rate markets.
• Teamwork and knowledge sharing are valued.
