Job summary

Sumitomo Electric in Gothenburg, Sweden is seeking an Exterior Senior Designer for a contract assignment to lead exterior design concepts from brief to final proposals. You will create CAD models, develop detailed design solutions, prepare presentations, and guide modelling teams.

Regular travel to China is required. The role requires a university degree in transportation design and at least five years in car design, with experience on Chinese OEMs.

Qualifications

• University degree in transportation design.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in car design, preferably at large OEMs.
• Experience with Chinese OEM and markets.
• Good knowledge of CAD 3D design process and tools (VRED, Blender, Photoshop).

• English, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of CAD 3D design process and software such as VRED, Blender, Photoshop, or equivalent image processing software.
• University degree in transportation design
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in car design, preferably at large OEM's
• Experience with Chinese OEM and markets
