Job summary

Arla Foods seeks an Experienced Specialist to advance Production IT Infrastructure & Security across Sweden. You will lead patching, DR planning, and NIS2 initiatives, working with site IT technicians and central security teams. The role balances on-site presence with hybrid flexibility.

You will travel about 50% within Sweden, and a company car is provided depending on location. English proficiency is essential; Swedish language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

Experienced Specialist – Production IT Infrastructure & Security Support (Sweden)

Are you an experienced Production IT (OT) Specialist with knowledge of Information Security and looking for your next challenge?

At Arla, you will join a team focused on strengthening and maturing our Production Information Security posture across our end-to-end supply chain. Together, we will support, standardize and uplift Production IT solutions and security across our dairy sites.

You will have responsibility for supporting and improving Production IT systems, helping our sites align with central security initiatives and meet evolving security requirements, including NIS2.

How You Will Make An Impact

You will be part of our cross-regional OT Infrastructure Security & Support team, supporting dairy sites and working closely with colleagues across the organization.

You will take the lead in driving and supporting IT security patching and maintenance plans, NIS2 requirements and related actions, IT security incident response, and standardization activities.

Using your domain knowledge of OT infrastructure, networks, servers and client systems, you will work closely with site IT technicians, appointed business owners, and central infrastructure and security teams to continuously improve the business's OT infrastructure environment.

You will coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment, provide recommendations and support the implementation of standards, security requirements and business continuity plans.

The role is advertised as based in Solna, but the location is flexible. The successful candidate can be based at any of our dairy sites across Sweden.

You should expect approximately 50% travel within Sweden, as regular presence at our dairy sites is an integral part of the role. The position requires a strong on-site presence while offering flexibility for a hybrid set-up of approximately 50%, depending on business and site needs.

A company car will be provided, depending on location.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience within Production IT Infrastructure and Security, including areas such as server configuration, firewalls, server backup and redundancy solutions, or a strong background in FMCG OT production environments, implementation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of NIS2 and IEC 62443-3.
• Knowledge of designing, implementing and maintaining disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience in assessing risks and developing business continuity plans to help ensure critical operations can continue during disruptions.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish language skills are highly advantageous.
• A valid driving license.

It would also be beneficial if you have

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Microsoft Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge and experience with relevant hardware, systems, applications and standards, including
  • ESX, VMware/vSphere and Veeam.
  • Firewalls and security solutions such as Palo Alto/Panorama, Siemens and Windows Defender.
  • Active Directory and Vendor Access Management.
  • Network segmentation and communication, including VLANs, routing and IP mapping.
  • Managed switches and networking technologies, including Cisco, Mellanox and Siemens.
