You’ll join a great Agile Release Train of professional and experienced Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineer working in versatile assignments across Local System Technology. Most of our deliveries are organized according to SAFe and agile methodology. You will join Local Systems execution team developing features in Local Systems Sweden.

We are responsible for the existing core systems in Nordea Technology organisation. We add value by delivering stable core services for all of Nordea and thus enabling among others digital banking services. As a Scrum Master you will be working with one or two teams depending on their maturity, complexity and size. You will contribute to raising agile maturity in Local Systems Sweden by growing cross-functional, self-organized, empowered teams that deliver customer value. In this role you will be supported and coached by peer Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers in our active community.
We imagine that you enjoy learning and are excited about bringing your ideas to the table. You are dependable, willing to speak up – even when it’s difficult – and committed to empowering others. You are a great listener with experience or interest in coaching, a good team builder, open and honest, and proven ability to work on team dynamics and morale.
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a new permanent, full-time position and preferred starting time is during Q3 2026.
