Credeq, a Stockholm-based specialist in credit insurance, is seeking a Finance Manager to own financial reporting across Sweden and European branches. Reporting to the Head of Finance Sweden, you will drive accuracy, controls, and compliance while supporting growth.

This role combines technical accounting with leadership, requiring experience in multi-jurisdiction statutory close, tax, treasury, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial accounting or corporate accounting.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction statutory close and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish accounting standards, VAT, and tax reporting.
• Experience coordinating external audits and regulatory stakeholders.
• Hands-on treasury experience including cash management and FX.
• ERP and finance systems expertise with complex reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Own integrity of financial data through ledger reconciliations and revenue recognition.
• Lead month-end close, statutory reporting, tax compliance across Sweden and Europe.
• Maintain robust controls and coordinate external audits across jurisdictions.
• Oversee treasury activities including cash management and FX exposure.
• Support finance transformation and business integration with stakeholders.
• Operate in an international environment coordinating multiple stakeholders.
