You will report to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and work closely with E&C program owners, Regional E&C Officers, HR, Communications and the business. You will work across key E&C areas, including anti‑bribery and corruption, interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations, business partner risk, trade compliance, Speak Up and investigations, and human rights.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to lead and continuously develop Getinge's global Ethics & Compliance training and communications program, turning E&C priorities, risks and requirements into clear, practical and engaging learning and communications.
