Job summary

Aurora Engineering AB is seeking a Senior Test Lead / Test Manager to drive the testing strategy for a complex ERP transformation. You will own the testing approach, govern SIT, integration testing and UAT, and coordinate across multiple teams and vendors to ensure a stable go-live.

You will lead defect governance, risk management and release readiness, coordinating cutover activities and supporting go/no-go decisions. Strong stakeholder engagement and independent leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Test Lead/Manager in complex system implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience with ERP implementations or large-scale integration programs.
• Ownership of test strategy, planning, processes, and governance.
• Experience coordinating SIT, integration testing, and UAT across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy, process, and plan for the transformation program.
• Plan, coordinate, and govern SIT, integration testing, and UAT across teams.
• Coordinate testing activities with multiple systems, business functions, and vendors.
• Establish and manage defect governance, prioritization, escalation and resolution tracking.
• Identify and manage testing risks, dependencies, and production risks.
• Lead release readiness assessments and report status to leadership.
• Lead cutover and go-live testing to meet readiness criteria.
• Support go/no-go decisions with clear risk and defect assessments.
• Collaborate with PM, developers, data and vendor teams.
• Engage business stakeholders for strong UAT participation.
• Establish test governance, KPIs, and quality gates.
• Support transition from testing to release and stable go-live.
