Qualifications

• Many years of experience in a similar position, preferably from the insurance or financial industry.
• Senior track record in Risk Management or related fields.
• Good understanding of European Solvency II and other relevant regulatory regimes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a partner to business units enhancing the risk management framework.
• Support management in understanding the risk landscape and develop optimal processes.
• Adapting ERM risk management plans to align with EMEA.
• Facilitating development and implementation of risk registers.
