Job summary

Sandvik Coromant seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the modernization of our technology landscape. You will define target architectures, set standards, and guide roadmaps from idea to production, working with senior leaders, architects, and product teams.

You will lead large-scale modernization programs, drive distributed systems, microservices, and containerized apps, and mentor teams while aligning with business needs and future capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise architecture in agile IT organizations.
• Led large modernization programs and roadmaps.
• Built architectures with cloud-native, microservices and containerized apps.
• Set standards, guided architectural decisions and mentored teams.
• Strong communication in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define target architectures and patterns aligning with business needs and enterprise direction.
• Define and enforce technology standards and architectural direction.
• Lead technology roadmaps and pilot evaluations for future capabilities.
• Communicate measurable business and technical impact.
