Job summary

Axis Communications AB in Lund, Sweden, is seeking an Engineering Technician to join the Production Systems High Volume team on site at our Lund headquarters. The role involves building, verifying and preparing machines for Axis production sites and participating in development projects.

The candidate should have an engineering degree (BSc or MSc), be fluent in English and Swedish, and be comfortable traveling about 20 days per year to contract manufacturers.

Qualifications

• A technical background and a strong interest in both hands-on technical work and business development.
• A degree in Engineering (BSc or MSc), ideally in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• You will build, verify and prepare machines to be delivered to the AXIS productions sites.
• You will participate in product development projects.
• You will plan and organize the daily work.
• You will interact and communicate with different stakeholders.
• You will coordinate delivery of fixtures to subcontractors.
• You will be 1st line of support to AXIS production sites.
• You will participate and drive continuous improvement work.
