Based in Hönö, the position requires fluency in Swedish and English and a proven track record delivering high-quality software in product-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Leading and developing software teams in a product-oriented environment.
• Strong background in embedded software development and Linux-based platforms.
• Experience with modern software development practices (CI/CD, code reviews, version control, testing).
• Technical understanding of C, C++, or Go; ability to evaluate technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the software engineering team, supporting individual growth and team performance.
• Translate priorities and decisions into clear plans, ownership, and accountability.
• Ensure on-time delivery of order-specific software releases.
• Drive complex software development initiatives through to validated delivery.
• Ensure lifecycle perspective across development, delivery, service, updates, and maintenance.
• Contribute to technical discussions and support architecture and design decisions.
• Continuously improve development practices, processes, tools, and software quality.
• Promote secure, responsible, and value-creating use of AI-assisted software development.
