MedHelp Care is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of our engineering teams, shaping technical direction, architecture, and ways of working. You will combine hands-on leadership with people management to deliver scalable, reliable systems and measurable business impact.

With an AI-first strategy, you will drive transformation, adopt AI-powered workflows, and guide engineering practices across the lifecycle while partnering with executives to align technical decisions with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• A passion for coaching, mentoring, and empowering engineers and teams to grow.
• Experience driving engineering practices, processes, and ways of working.
• Strong technical background with architecture and scalable systems.
• Interest or experience with AI tools, workflows, and AI-driven product development.
• Strong stakeholder management aligning tech decisions with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and architecture in collaboration with the CTO for scalable growth.
• Continuously improve engineering practices and processes across the lifecycle.
• Lead the ongoing technical transformation, including AI adoption and platform development.
• Ensure responsible use of AI in software development.
• Partner with C-level on technical direction and organizational development.
• Contribute to key architectural decisions and complex technical challenges.

About the role

As an Engineering Manager at MedHelp Care, you will lead one of our engineering teams, owning technical direction, architecture, and ways of working, with a focus on building reliable and scalable systems while improving overall platform efficiency. You will combine hands‑on technical leadership with people management, coaching, and mentoring to help your team grow while delivering real business impact.

MedHelp Care is currently undergoing a significant technical transformation and has adopted an AI‑first strategy. As Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in driving this journey forward, working with AI-powered workflows and agent‑based systems, and shaping how we build software in this new landscape.

What you’ll do
