As our business and technology landscape continue to grow, we are now seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering organization and drive the development of scalable, reliable, and innovative digital solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced engineering leader with a passion for technology, people development, and modern software engineering. As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our engineering teams, shaping the technical strategy of our platform, and ensuring that technology investments support our long-term business goals. As a member of the TCS Management Team, you will play a critical role in defining the future of our products, platform, and engineering capabilities.
TRATON Charging Solutions (TCS) is a relatively new company within the TRATON Group, the commercial vehicle group of Volkswagen Group, with brands such as Scania, MAN, International, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus. TCS was created to address the key challenge of providing software products that support a seamless charging experience for electrified heavy transport. It is accelerating the transition to sustainable transport by delivering seamless charging services for commercial vehicles across Europe. TCS is approximately 30 people, with a presence in Stockholm and Munich. It operates as an independent unit within the TRATON Group, with a startup-like setup inside a large corporate environment.
