Job summary

Nordic Snus AB is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering & EHS Department, aligning with JTI standards and legal requirements. You will manage projects, CapEx, and ensure safety, quality, and performance across the factory. You will develop the team and coordinate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

You will drive improvements, maintain compliance with policies, and serve as a liaison for security and site operations while delivering KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid experience managing engineering in a food industry.
• Lean or IWS experience and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Engineering & EHS projects and improvements to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee CapEx planning and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Develop the team, plan training, and prepare for higher responsibilities.
