Job summary

Constructor is seeking a business-minded attorney with deep experience in European data protection law and technology transactions to join its legal team as Commercial and Privacy Counsel. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, support deal structuring, and manage data protection compliance (GDPR, ePrivacy, EU AI Act) for Constructor's growing EMEA customer base.

This position offers a fully remote arrangement in Sweden, with a competitive compensation package

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution in the EU, US, or UK with qualification to practice in at least one EU member state, US, or UK.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Preferred 5–10 years of legal experience in European data protection and technology transactions.

Responsibilities
